Job Summary

Own the student-facing careers-engagement program by delivering workshops, coordinating events, and guiding individual interviews to help students navigate college choices and opportunities.

Responsibilities: Delivery of workshops, events, and interviews that connect students with local schools and college departments.
Community & Partnerships: Build relationships with local schools and coordinate careers events with college teams.
Guidance & Outreach: Provide personalised guidance through interviews and assemblies to support student decisions.

Delivering workshops and presentations
organising and running key events such as careers evenings
conducting student interviews
delivering an assembly presentation to a full year group
Organising exciting activities including open days and taster sessions
Building strong relationships with local schools
Teaming up with college departments to run amazing careers events
Offering personalised advice and guidance through student interviews
