Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Build and strengthen the Polish Village Bread brand across the UK market.
• Plan, manage and evaluate marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Manage all social media platforms, creating engaging content and increasing audience engagement.
• Oversee the company website and digital presence, working closely with external agencies where required.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches and seasonal marketing activities.
• Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, designers, photographers and suppliers.
• Analyse campaign performance using relevant marketing tools and provide regular reports with recommendations.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective return on investment.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive role.
• Experience building and developing brands.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge, including social media, email marketing and content creation.
• Experience planning and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
• Experience working with external marketing agencies and creative suppliers.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• A proactive, creative and commercially focused approach.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

• Experience within the food, FMCG or retail sector.
• Knowledge of the Polish food market or Eastern European consumer market.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO and CRM platforms.
