Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Own end-to-end planning, budgeting, calendar, and performance reviews.
Content & Digital Channels: Lead content creation, website/social updates, email nurturing, SEO.
Stakeholder & Brand Alignment: Build relationships with commissioners and partners, ensure consistent branding and timely delivery.

Job Description

Collaborating with the Head of Service and Engagement & Partnerships Lead to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, aligned with the service’s objectives and target audience, to help ensure we achieve our annual targets.
Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and challenges.
Managing the annual marketing budget, ensuring it is allocated efficiently and proportionately across activity and resources.
Developing and maintaining a marketing calendar to coordinate campaigns and activities.
Evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
Developing positive working relationships with commissioners and key stakeholders, ensuring feedback, priorities and service requirements are effectively translated into marketing activity and deliverables, whilst maintaining clear communication around priorities, timelines and deliverables.
Collaborating with Thrive Tribe’s Head of Brand and Marketing to manage and optimise the Smokefree Hampshire website and social media channels, to increase engagement and reach.
Developing and creating engaging content, including website copy, social media posts, blog articles, videos and infographics.
Implementing and managing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote our service offerings.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to utilise SEO strategies and improve online visibility, driving traffic to our website.
