Job Summary

Own visual and digital marketing assets for hi-fi products, shaping cohesive brand messaging across assets, site presence, content and analytics.

  • Design and production of product manuals, brochures, packaging, ads, social graphics, and POS materials.
  • Own website content updates, CMS uploads, imagery, and product information to keep the site fresh.
  • Create engaging content across website, email, video, social, and campaigns while tracking performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design marketing assets including product manuals, brochures, packaging artwork, advertisements, social media graphics and point-of-sale materials.
  • Maintain and update the company website, including uploading content, images and product information.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing plans to promote our products
  • Create engaging content for various digital platforms, including website, email campaigns, video, social media and more.
  • Conduct performance analytics
  • Collaborate with the sales and PR department to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Assist with digital advertising campaigns where required.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

  • Experience in a marketing, graphic design or similar creative role. Hi-fi or consumer electronics industry experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, or Canva.
  • Experience maintaining or updating websites (e.g. WordPress or a similar CMS) is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn about hi-fi products and terminology.
  • Good working knowledge of digital marketing and social media; experience with SEO, SEM or email marketing is an advantage.
  • Excellent English, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate to stakeholders where English isn’t a first language
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and visual detail.
  • Occasional travel to trade shows may be required (limited weekend/overseas travel)
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
  • Graphic design: 2 years (preferred)
