Job Summary

Own the accuracy and delivery of the Customer Plan while coordinating with Commercial and Trade Planning, then lead defined Marketing Campaigns under the Brand lead.

  • Own the Customer Plan accuracy and format across the business.
  • Drive campaign delivery, status updates, and stakeholder follow up with Brand leadership.
  • Coordinate ad hoc store and landlord requests with the Brand & Trade Planning team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of the accuracy, detail, and completeness of our Customer Plan.
  • Working with key stakeholders such as the Commercial and Trade Planning teams to ensure our Customer Plan is always current and correct, and presented in a format which can be shared across the business.
  • Leading specific Marketing Campaigns, as defined by, and with support and guidance from the Head of Brand.
  • Supporting the Head of Brand & Trade Planning team in the delivery of flagship annual campaigns, such as Christmas, Summer, and Easter.
  • Playing a key role in the creation and delivery of important Campaign status documents and meetings and follow up on actions.
  • Playing a key role in the creation and delivery of important Landlord Campaign engagement documents and meetings and follow up on actions.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders and colleagues to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaign elements; such as other Marketing functions, Social Media, Trade Planning, Commercial, our Landlords, media agencies.
  • Leading the in the delivery of adhoc requests for our stores and our landlords, with support from Head of Brand & Trade Planning team.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the desire and ability to manage multiple campaign elements concurrently
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to re-pivot focus as priorities flex and change
  • High level of attention to detail and passionate about accuracy
  • A pro-active, can-do attitude
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders; internal and external
  • An interest in copywriting, editing and proofreading

Preferred

  • Desirable - Experience of working in a Retail Head Office, or similar
  • Marketing qualification desirable
