Responsibilities

• Working closely with Senior Marketing Managers focusing on Adviser Services marketing to IFA’s
• Supporting production of campaigns, marketing collateral, content (videos, emails etc.) and delivering events
• Building and sending out regular email communications, e.g. monthly newsletters
• Create assets for collateral and social media channels
• Support development and delivery of social media strategy, ensuring consistent online branding across all company channels, key messages are communicated accurately and in a timely manner while providing training and support to all staff as required
• Ensure website content remains consistent and up to date, assisting with any updates and content maintenance
• Assist Marketing Managers with the production of podcasts; guest bookings, recordings, editing, distribution and analysis
• Assist with the selection and development of merchandise
• Compliance: Following all relevant policies and procedures for marketing activity along with maintenance of required logs (review template log, events log, financial promotions log etc.)

Requirements

• Previous experience within marketing gained either as an Assistant, Coordinator, Internship / placement year or Executive role – we welcome applications from people who are looking to take the next step in their career.
• Confident user of full Microsoft Office Suite especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Familiarity with marketing platforms such as email marketing, webinar platforms, or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Good grammar and proof reading skills
• Good communication skills with confidence working with colleagues across different teams / functions
• Conscientious with attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time management skills – able to demonstrate ability to anticipate and react to shifting priorities
• Discretion in protecting confidential information
• Desire to learn and take additional responsibility

Preferred

• Previous experience within Financial Services is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
