Job Summary

Own a compact content and events program for a veterinary tech company, balancing social, newsletters, case studies, and conference marketing with data-backed optimization.

  • Social & Campaigns: Build and schedule content, newsletters, and visuals to showcase outcomes and expertise.
  • Events & Communications: Plan CPD events, pre-promo, lead capture, follow-up, and ROI tracking.
  • Case Studies & Analytics: Develop case studies with engineering/clinical teams and monitor performance via Google Analytics and social insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating and scheduling social media content that showcases our work, expertise, and clinical outcomes
  • Writing and distributing newsletters and email campaigns through Mailchimp
  • Developing case studies in collaboration with our engineering and clinical teams
  • Managing client communications and marketing announcements
  • Planning, coordinating and advertising our presence at veterinary conferences and CPD events, from pre-event promotion and logistics through to lead capture, follow-up and ROI tracking
  • Monitoring performance across channels using Google Analytics and social media insights
  • Producing graphics and visual assets using Canva or similar tools
  • Keeping all activity aligned with the marketing strategy

Requirements

  • Experience in a marketing, content, or communications role
  • Confidence using Mailchimp, Canva, and Google Analytics
  • Strong written skills and an eye for detail
  • The ability to manage your own workload within a one-day-per-week structure
  • A collaborative approach - you’ll be working with a small team and an external consultant

Preferred

  • A background in the veterinary sector
  • Experience with event coordination or show marketing
  • Photography, video, or multimedia content skills
  • Flexibility to increase hours if required
