Job Summary

Own cross-channel campaigns and data-driven optimization with tight Sales, Editorial, and Product collaboration to hit subscription growth and ROI targets.

  • Campaign Ownership: Plan and deploy multi-channel campaigns (email, social, web, events) to drive new subscriptions and retention.
  • Collaboration and Measurement: Serve as a key contact for Sales, Editorial, and Product; monitor KPIs and ROI for the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Performance & ROI: Analyze campaigns to optimize results and report on ROI to leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Plan and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, web, and events) to drive new subscriptions and retain existing members.
  • Revenue Growth: Support the delivery of commercial objectives through lead generation for the sales team and direct-to-consumer conversion tactics.
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with editorial teams to promote high-value content, clinical tools, and learning modules to our healthcare and non-healthcare audiences
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign KPIs, using data to optimise performance and report back on ROI to the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure all communications across the portfolio and maintain a high standard of professional accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, including Sales, Editorial, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • Marketing Foundation: Previous experience in a marketing role is ideal
  • Digital Proficiency: Hands-on experience with email marketing and social media platforms
  • Copywriting: A knack for writing clear, persuasive copy.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with spreadsheets and marketing data to spot trends and improvements.
  • Adaptability: The ability to pivot between different brands and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
