Job Summary

Own early client partnerships work in healthcare, shaping strategy and insights while supporting multi-disciplinary teams on campaigns and new business pitches.

  • Strategy & Insights: synthesize landscape, audience behavior, and competitive reviews to inform briefs
  • Client Collaboration: support senior teams, manage meetings and briefs, and liaise with production units
  • Campaign Delivery: translate research into compelling campaigns and assist with global campaigns and pitches

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will work with and support the wider Client Partnerships Team to uncover the challenges and opportunities of our clients brands and develop key pieces of client work, gaining exposure to different types of projects and developing foundational skills that will set your career off to the best possible start.
  • Work in a supportive role with senior team members to help deliver global campaigns
  • Tasks range from establishing client relationships, attending meetings, and working on budgets to liaising with internal production teams
  • Work as part of a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team to interpret, develop and implement client briefs
  • Master LynxAI to enhance agency workflows and your day to day role
  • Help market campaigns in exciting and innovative ways to deliver against client objectives and create meaningful change
  • Learn about the trends of the creative, health and pharmaceutical industry
  • Research and Insights: Analyse the landscape – websites, social media, and data trends; conduct category and competitor reviews; deep dive into understanding the behaviour and attitudes of our target audience
  • Strategy Development: Develop reports, present findings, and make recommendations that inform briefs
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with Client and Creative teams to translate insights into compelling campaign strategies
