Job Summary

Own multi-channel content and campaigns for a small marketing team: create visuals and materials, manage social channels and calendars, support events, CRM, and recruitment marketing, while turning ideas into hands-on campaigns.

  • Visual and content production: design marketing materials and Canva/CapCut assets for digital and print.
  • Social and campaigns: manage LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, email campaigns, calendars, and recruitment ads.
  • Events, CRM, and BD support: assist planning and budgeting for events, oversee CRM assets, and support business development and recruitment marketing.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Designing eye-catching marketing material, both digital and print
  • Creating and managing email campaigns, e-shots, and mailshots
  • Supporting and leading advertising and recruitment campaigns
  • Assisting with video content creation for clients and campaigns
  • Managing LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram content and social media calendar
  • Creating visuals using Canva, CapCut & heyzine
  • Organising digital content including photos, videos and asset libraries
  • Supporting events and exhibitions (including planning and budgeting)
  • Updating and managing CRM systems (Monday.com)
  • Supporting business development activities and diary management

Requirements

  • We’re not looking for years of experience, but that would be great too!
  • A degree in Marketing or a similar qualification
  • A creative mindset with a passion for content and design
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence using tools like Canva, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
