Requirements: - Minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing role, with leadership responsibility. - A track record of delivering business growth through marketing. - Commercial mindset with excellent analytical skills. - Experience working with external agencies. - Excellent communication and project management abilities. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Nice to Have: - Experience within construction, roofing, building products, manufacturing, or trade sectors. - Ecommerce and direct-to-customer marketing experience. - Knowledge of AI tools, marketing automation, and modern growth marketing techniques. - Experience leading marketing teams.
