Job Summary

Own event marketing execution for Beaulieu Events, delivering campaigns that move attendance and revenue at flagship shows while keeping social coverage active on weekends.

  • Campaign Ownership: Plan and run multi-channel campaigns for major events
  • Weekend Coverage: Support social media during event weekends
  • Target Delivery: Help meet visitor and revenue goals across BBC Gardeners' World Spring Fair, Beaulieu Supercar Weekend, and International Autojumble

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver robust marketing campaigns for Beaulieu Events
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute campaigns
  • Help achieve event visitor numbers and revenue targets for major events (BBC Gardeners' World Spring Fair, Beaulieu Supercar Weekend, International Autojumble)
  • Attend regular weekends at events to support social media channels
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

Requirements

  • Digital marketing: 1 year (required)
  • Marketing: 1 year (required)
  • Knowledge of digital and traditional media such as social media, paid search, email, local press and leaflets
  • Understanding of Public Relations and press releases
  • Experience using content management platforms such as Mailchimp and WordPress/LOOP
  • Ability to commute/relocate to Brockenhurst SO42 (required)
  • Bachelor's (preferred)
  • Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required)
  • Regular weekend attendance at events to support social media coverage

The Beaulieu River on which Buckler’s Hard sits, is now a natural and sheltered yacht haven offering permanent and short term berths and moorings in its marina.About 250 people work full or part time on the Beaulieu Estate, in both permanent and seasonal positions. Beaulieu is a diverse workplace and has many varied job opportunities across the estate; from river maintenance to driving the monorail, and office duties to property upkeep.
