Responsibilities

• Supporting the growth and management of social media accounts across multiple group companies
• Creating engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social media platforms
• When necessary, visit construction sites to capture high-quality photos and video content of projects, engineers and completed works
• Create posts, reels, videos, graphics, project updates and case studies from site and existing content
• Scheduling and publishing regular content to keep channels active and engaging
• Responding to comments, messages and engaging with relevant industry accounts
• Helping increase brand awareness, audience growth, engagement and enquiries
• Using AI tools to support content creation, planning, idea generation, scheduling and reporting
• Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels

Requirements

• A genuine interest in social media, content creation and marketing
• Comfortable creating photo and video content
• Experience using Canva for content creation and graphic design
• Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Creative mindset with a good eye for design and visual presentation
• Confident communicator able to engage with engineers, project teams and office staff
• Willingness to visit active construction sites with colleagues, and capture content on location when necessary
• Full UK driving license and access to transport
• Located within a reasonable commuting distance of the office
