Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of live marketing campaigns and help ensure activity is carried out effectively
• Represent brands professionally and communicate key messages in a clear, engaging way
• Engage with different audiences and adapt communication to suit individual conversations
• Contribute to increasing brand awareness and generating interest in represented brands
• Listen to customer responses and identify useful feedback and observations
• Support customer acquisition activity and contribute towards campaign objectives
• Share relevant customer insights with the wider team
• Take part in team discussions around campaign performance and potential improvements

Requirements

• A genuine interest in marketing, brands and the factors that influence customer decisions
• Strong verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage with a range of people
• A curious and observant approach to understanding customer reactions and behaviour
• Creativity when communicating information and finding effective ways to engage an audience
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of the importance of customers to business performance
• Adaptability and the ability to respond positively to different situations
• Confidence when presenting information, discussing ideas and representing a brand
• A proactive approach to learning and taking feedback
• A marketing degree is not essential
