Your Responsibilities

As a Marketing and Events Assistant, you'll:

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of live events and promotional campaigns.
• Support event managers with project planning, scheduling, and operational logistics.
• Coordinate venue preparation, supplier communications, and event materials.
• Help oversee event setup, delivery, and breakdown to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor project timelines and support the successful completion of event objectives.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Supervise event activities and resolve operational issues with support from senior colleagues.
• Prepare event reports, project updates, and post-event evaluations.
• Represent the company professionally at client meetings and live events.
• Participate in leadership training and ongoing professional development programmes.
