Own and drive the core ecommerce and marketing workflow from product listing updates to social content and email outreach, with opportunities to influence product launches and site performance.

Own product listings across marketplaces and social content creation
Lead online promotions and help improve conversion rates

Job Description

Responsibilities

Improving Shopify, Ebay and Etsy product listings.
Uploading new listings .
Creating Instagram posts, stories and reels.
Writing and sending email newsletters.
Assisting with Meta advertising.
Basic SEO improvements.
Product photography.
Editing photographs and short videos/reels.
Monitoring website performance and helping improve conversion rates.
Helping launch new products online.

Requirements

Highly organised.
Creative with a good visual eye.
A strong written communicator.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
Interested in marketing and ecommerce.
Willing to take ownership of projects.
Keen to learn and improve.
