Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing marketing activity aligned with company objectives.
• Managing digital and email marketing campaigns.
• Planning, creating and managing social media content.
• Developing brand awareness and maintaining brand consistency.
• Creating promotions, advertising campaigns and marketing collateral.
• Producing and managing website content.
• Identifying target markets and customer segments.
• Planning and delivering marketing campaigns from concept through to completion.
• Coordinating campaign timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Monitoring and analysing campaign performance.

Requirements

• Previous marketing experience or a relevant marketing qualification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative flair and the ability to turn ideas into effective marketing activity.
• The confidence to work independently and use your own initiative.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A proactive, energetic and self-motivated approach.
• Good analytical skills and an interest in measuring marketing performance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across different departments.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Preferred

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar creative software would be advantageous.
