Responsibilities

• Planning and managing social media content across our venues
• Creating and scheduling posts for Instagram, TikTok and other social content
• Coming up with ideas for Reels, TikTok’s, Instagram Stories and other engaging content
• Keeping up with trends and finding ways to make them work for our venues
• Working with content creators
• Attend photography and content shoots
• Working closely with venue teams to capture what’s happening across the group
• Supporting campaigns, launches, seasonal activity and promotions
• Helping keep websites, listings and other marketing channels up to date
• Monitoring social performance and using insights to help shape future content

Requirements

• Is genuinely into social media and knows what makes good content
• Has a good eye for photography, video and visual content
• Is confident creating content for Instagram and TikTok
• Is full of ideas and isn't afraid to suggest them
• Can spot a trend before it has completely passed
• Is organised and able to manage multiple venues and deadlines
• Is happy getting out from behind a desk and into our venues
• Has a good understanding of hospitality, food, drink and Belfast
• Can work independently, but enjoys being part of a team
• Has experience in marketing, social media or content creation
