Job Summary
Coordinate and repurpose content across channels, turning thought leadership into scalable assets while supporting planning, newsletters, campaigns, events, and process improvements for a growth-focused marketing function.
- Own content repurposing and asset organization to accelerate cross-channel use.
- Support content planning, social coordination, and campaign execution with a focus on efficiency and consistency.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Repurposing thought leadership content
- Supporting content planning and social media coordination
- Researching industry trends, insights and content opportunities
- Supporting newsletters, website updates and marketing campaigns
- Organising content, assets and project workflows
- Supporting events, workshops and community initiatives
- Assisting with proposals, presentations and operational tasks
- Helping improve systems, processes and client experience as the business grows
Requirements
- Freelance / contractor role
- Approx. 10–15 hours per week initially
- Remote-first
- Has experience in marketing, communications, content or a related field
- Self-motivated, resourceful and enjoys taking ownership
- Highly organised and proactive
- Confident using digital platforms and quick to learn new tools
- A strong communicator
- Experienced in, or have studied, branding, marketing or communications
- Someone who follows through and takes ownership
Preferred
- Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- LinkedIn, Instagram or YouTube content
- Squarespace, HubSpot and/or Asana
- Copywriting or content repurposing
- Events or community management
