Job Summary

Drive B2B marketing for a UK courier and logistics player by owning strategy, campaigns, and partner relationships that attract ecommerce sellers, retailers, and commercial clients.

  • Own multi-channel campaigns and market research to identify buyer needs and competitive gaps.
  • Collaborate with sales/ops to lift acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote NREX LTD’s courier and logistics services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and target potential e-commerce sellers, retailers, and commercial clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Support brand development and improve company visibility in the logistics sector.
  • Manage social media content, online promotions, and marketing communications.
  • Create marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and business partners.
  • Analyse campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
  • Work with the sales and operations teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in marketing, business development, sales, or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, and brand promotion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyse customer data.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop new marketing ideas and campaigns.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of B2B marketing is desirable.
  • Experience within logistics, courier, e-commerce, or transport industries is an advantage.
