Job Summary

Own a multi-channel marketing engine for a not-for-profit family mediation service, owning campaigns, website content, SEO collaboration, social, and analytics to drive awareness.

  • Campaigns and partnerships: Create and optimize campaigns across channels and coordinate with external agencies to grow reach and engagement.
  • Content and website: Maintain site content, publish training materials, and produce lead-gen resources.
  • Analytics and audience: Track analytics and audience insights to steer strategy and improve search visibility.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to promote NFM’s family mediation services and training programmes.
  • Support development and implementation of long-term marketing and communications strategy
  • Identify opportunities to increase awareness, audience engagement and organisational reach
  • Contribute to development and launch of new services and awareness initiatives
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements based on performance data and audience insight
  • Manage and maintain website content, ensuring information is accurate, engaging and up to date
  • Upload and update training courses, press releases, blogs, reviews and promotional content
  • Work collaboratively with external digital marketing agency to support SEO, Google Ads, paid social campaigns and website optimisation
  • Monitor website analytics and user behaviour using Google Analytics and other digital tools
  • Identify backlink and referral opportunities to improve search visibility and website authority

Requirements

  • Experience managing and delivering marketing and communications activity across multiple channels
  • Experience managing websites (Wordpress)
  • Knowledge of SEO, analytics and digital marketing best practice
  • Excellent written communication and content creation skills
  • Experience creating marketing materials and digital content
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Experience working collaboratively with external agencies and stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience within charity, mediation, legal or not-for-profit sector
  • Experience producing reports and presenting updates to senior stakeholders
  • Experience using Canva or similar design tools
  • Knowledge of Google Ad Grants
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Experience planning and coordinating events
  • Understanding of family law, mediation or relationship support services
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
