Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the company’s marketing and communications strategy
• Create and maintain annual and quarterly marketing plans
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and industry visibility
• Track and report on marketing performance and key metrics
• Recommend new channels, campaigns, and initiatives to support business objectives
• Develop engaging content for LinkedIn and other relevant channels
• Create articles, opinion pieces, case studies, and company updates
• Work with technical and operational teams to translate complex topics into accessible content
• Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with business priorities
• Support senior leadership in developing their personal and professional profiles

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, communications, PR, or a related role
• Strong written communication and content creation skills
• Demonstrable experience managing marketing activity independently
• Experience developing marketing plans and delivering campaigns
• Ability to build relationships with external stakeholders and media contacts
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Confident managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision
• Desirable: Experience in energy, clean technology, batteries, engineering, manufacturing, sustainability, climate technology, or related sectors
• Experience securing media coverage and speaking opportunities
• Experience managing LinkedIn and B2B marketing campaigns
