Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and deliver growth-focused marketing communication plans aligned to commercial priorities Monitor market trends, competitor activity and campaign performance to refine strategy Lead campaigns for product launches, promotions, seasonal activity and key trading periods
  • B2B Communications & Trade Marketing Lead trade-facing communications including brochures, sales tools, trade shows and road shows Manage PR activity, trade press relationships and advertising plans Support key customers with tailored marketing activity to drive brand visibility and sales Attend trade events, customer meetings and field visits
  • B2C Communications & Digital Coordinate consumer communications across social media channels, digital platforms, the website, and the Amazon storefront. Develop in-store activation and promotional materials to drive sell-through Ensure all consumer touchpoints are engaging, on-brand and ROI focused
  • Content, Assets & Brand Management Create and manage marketing assets across all channels Coordinate internal design teams and oversee external agencies. Lead production of annual brochures and key brand collateral Manage product photography and award submissions
  • Sales Enablement & Performance Develop training materials and tools for sales teams Monitor and report campaign performance and ROI.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or related field
  • Strong B2B marketing communications experience
  • Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills
  • Highly organised, commercially aware and data-driven
  • Experience working with design and PR agencies
