Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate internal and external communications, including colleague newsletters, client newsletters and the Wellbeing Monthly magazine.
  • Write, edit and proofread content for email campaigns, websites, social media, publications and marketing materials.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather information and create engaging content.
  • Support recruitment advertising by listing vacancies on Indeed and the TAC careers website, promoting roles on LinkedIn, liaising with hiring managers and organising applications.
  • Champion and support the Employee Communication Forum (ECF), coordinating feedback, communications and colleague engagement.
  • Create and update marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, presentations, digital assets and campaign collateral.
  • Liaise with printers, suppliers and external partners to coordinate the production and delivery of marketing materials.
  • Use platforms such as Mailchimp, MailerLite, Outlook, Buffer, Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud to deliver marketing activity.
  • Manage social media content, scheduling and contributions across relevant channels.
  • Support website content updates, blog development, SEO activity and content calendar management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a marketing, communications or content role.
  • Strong writing, proofreading and attention to detail.
  • Experience creating content across digital and print channels.
  • Experience using email marketing and social media platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar design tools.
  • Strong organisation and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders across different departments.

Preferred

  • Experience using Webflow or another website content management system is desirable.
  • Experience within healthcare or another regulated sector is desirable.
