Job Summary
Own the end-to-end marketing agenda to grow brand and revenue, coordinating cross-channel campaigns, market intelligence, and new commercial opportunities across retail, wholesale, and food service.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop integrated marketing plans leveraging digital, content, and promotions to raise awareness and drive demand.
- Market Insights & Partnerships: Conduct competitive analysis and build relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to discover growth opportunities.
- Commercial & Execution: Lead launches, pricing, and campaigns that improve revenue, margins, and channel performance.
Job Description
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, website, and online advertising platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage content creation including brochures, presentations, social media content, and marketing materials.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within retail, wholesale, and food service sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements to maximise profitability.
- Support sales growth by working closely with operations and sales teams.
- Best fit for someone with strong understanding of digital marketing and commercial strategy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Degree-qualified in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.
- Experience within the food, FMCG, or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of wholesale and retail food distribution markets.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and campaign ROI.
- Ability to speak Urdu preferred.
- Competitive salary of £39,950 – £42,000 per annum.
