Responsibilities

• Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print
• Event Coordination: Help organize and coordinate events, including trade shows, conferences, and internal meetings ensuring seamless execution
• Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing materials, including flyers, presentations, and digital content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
• Database Management: Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for effective targeting and tracking
• Social Media: Coordinate social media efforts and assist with managing social media accounts to enhance our online presence
• Reporting: Support the tracking of marketing performance metrics through tools like HubSpot, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing marketing supplies

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a marketing-related role
• Proficient in using marketing tools and CRM software
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Able to work on-site
• Experience in content creation and design is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field desirable
• Background in construction, industrial services, or health-and-safety environments desirable
• Experience coordinating events and external partners, such as trade shows, conferences, suppliers, or venues, is a plus
