Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Communications · Develop and deliver engaging B2B marketing content across our key channels.
  • · Create and manage LinkedIn content, including company posts, leadership content, articles, carousels and campaign content.
  • · Write and publish regular blogs, articles and thought-leadership content.
  • · Develop sector-specific marketing campaigns and supporting materials.
  • · Write and develop customer case studies, testimonials and success stories.
  • · Support the development of email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
  • · Create marketing collateral, presentations, guides and other digital materials.
  • · Work with senior colleagues to turn technical and complex subject matter into clear, engaging marketing content.
  • · Maintain consistency of brand, tone and messaging across all communications.
  • · Monitor engagement and performance of marketing activity and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in marketing, business support, administration, communications or a related role.
  • Demonstrable experience of working with a CRM system.
  • Experience of marketing automation, email campaigns or automated workflows.
  • Strong written English and the ability to produce high-quality professional content and attention to detail.
  • Experience writing blogs, articles and case studies.
  • Experience creating professional LinkedIn content, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Experience using digital contract/signature platforms.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Good IT skills and confidence learning new software and systems.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a B2B professional services environment.
  • Experience with LinkedIn as a business development and marketing channel.
  • Experience with Canva or similar content/design platforms.
  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • Basic understanding of SEO.
  • Experience managing company social media accounts.
  • Experience producing marketing reports and analysing campaign performance.
  • Experience supporting sales or business development teams.
