Job Summary
Own end-to-end marketing across risk, financial services, and underwriting partners, turning strategy into measurable campaigns with data-driven optimization and cross-functional alignment.
- Define audiences, value propositions, and messaging with stakeholders to drive integrated campaigns.
- Align marketing plans with business priorities, track KPIs, and lead regular performance reviews and optimisation cycles.
- Collaborate with underwriters, business leaders, and global marketing to ensure transparent priorities and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders, challenging and refining marketing needs
- Translate business strategies into clear, integrated marketing plans and go-to-market approaches
- Drive prioritisation of marketing initiatives based on business impact and strategic relevance
- Ensure strong alignment between business priorities and global marketing strategy
- Lead the end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
- Define target audiences, value propositions and messaging in collaboration with stakeholders
- Ensure effective and consistent use of marketing channels
- Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver high-quality outputs on time and within budget
- Oversee campaign planning, distribution and execution excellence
- Define and track relevant KPIs linked to business outcomes
