Job Description

Own end-to-end marketing for designated business units with GTM, sales alignment, and data-driven campaign performance.

Growth Infrastructure: Serve as the primary marketing owner for designated business units, understanding business priorities and customer needs.
Demand & GTM Alignment: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with sales targets and customer buying cycles.
Campaign Execution & Performance: Maintain full accountability for end-to-end campaign execution and results.

Sales & Data Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to align marketing efforts and establish lead handover processes.
Channel & Analytics: Utilise marketing technology tools effectively to track campaign performance and maintain data integrity.
Performance Monitoring: Analyse digital channel performance using tools like Google Analytics to optimise marketing plans.
Metrics & Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to pipeline and conversion outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Sales, Partner Marketing, and PR teams, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Knowledge Sharing: Share insights and best practices across the Growth Marketing team to enhance overall performance.
Data-Driven Prioritisation: Make data-driven decisions to prioritise and optimise marketing activities for maximum impact.

Requirements: B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology or IT services
Requirements: Proven experience owning strategy, planning, and hands‑on execution
Requirements: Strong understanding of marketing technology stacks, particularly HubSpot and Dynamics
Requirements: Practical working knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and core digital channels
Requirements: Experience in sector‑led or business‑unit‑aligned marketing models
Requirements: Exposure to partner‑led or Microsoft‑centric GTM
Requirements: Familiarity with AI‑enabled tools to improve efficiency, insight, or targeting
Requirements: Experience working in matrixed organisations
