Job Summary

Own and grow the client portfolio by identifying opportunities, building relationships with solicitors, law firms, insurers and healthcare providers, and driving lead generation and marketing initiatives. You will manage CRM and case workflows, coordinate expert witness scheduling, and strengthen our online presence through LinkedIn, emails, and newsletters.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with solicitors, law firms, insurers, healthcare providers and other professional organisations.
  • Research prospective clients and generate new leads.
  • Contact potential clients by telephone, email and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain and develop our CRM database.
  • Support networking events and partnership opportunities.
  • Help increase client referrals and repeat business.
  • Manage and develop the company's LinkedIn presence through regular professional content.
  • Produce email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Monitor social media engagement and marketing performance.

Requirements

  • Friendly, professional and confident communicating with clients and professionals.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working remotely and attending the office when required.
  • Flexible, reliable and adaptable.
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, Outlook and cloud-based systems.
  • Experienced using LinkedIn and social media.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Preferred

  • Experience within legal, healthcare or professional services (desirable but not essential).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
