Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and delivering marketing campaigns for retail and local customers.
• Develop and coordinate marketing content, including digital media content, social media channels, the company website and relevant local platforms.
• Conduct market and competitor research within the E14 area to identify consumer trends, changing demands and local business opportunities.
• Support business development activities, local community outreach and customer engagement.
• Coordinate marketing projects, monitor promotional deadlines and ensure activities are delivered on schedule.
• Prepare operational reports, sales data tracking and marketing logs using Microsoft Excel and relevant digital tools.
• Monitor marketing activities, manage Google Business Profile and support local search visibility and campaign performance.
• Work closely with colleagues and management to coordinate promotional and business activities.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Previous experience or relevant knowledge in marketing, business development, market research or a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good practical understanding of modern retail marketing and customer engagement.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with a proactive approach.
• Ability to analyse sales and marketing information and prepare clear reports.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and relevant digital tools.
• Familiarity with digital advertising, social media platforms and marketing analytics.
• Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
