Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Associate supports the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing activities across the oncology portfolio. Working closely with brand, medical, insights, sales, and omnichannel teams, the role contributes to campaign delivery, customer engagement, performance analysis, and digital initiatives that enhance the customer experience and support business objectives.
  • Brand & Marketing Support: Support the development and execution of brand plans and tactical marketing activities.
  • Brand & Marketing Support: Assist in creating marketing materials and coordinating approval, deployment, and tracking processes.
  • Brand & Marketing Support: Support market research activities and gather customer, market, and competitor insights.
  • Brand & Marketing Support: Monitor campaign and brand performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Customer Experience & Omnichannel Engagement: Support execution of omnichannel campaigns across digital, field, and CRM channels.
  • Customer Experience & Omnichannel Engagement: Assist in building and maintaining customer journeys and engagement plans.
  • Customer Experience & Omnichannel Engagement: Support deployment of approved content through channels such as Veeva, email, web, and other digital platforms.
  • Customer Experience & Omnichannel Engagement: Contribute to modular content, content tagging, and channel effectiveness initiatives.
  • Customer Experience & Omnichannel Engagement: Help monitor engagement metrics and generate insights to improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Data, or a related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience (including placements, internships, or graduate roles) in marketing, analytics, digital, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred

  • Exposure to digital marketing, CRM systems, or campaign management platforms.
  • Basic data analysis and reporting experience.
  • Understanding of the NHS, pharmaceutical industry, or healthcare environment.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Veeva, SFMC, or analytics tools is advantageous
