Responsibilities

• Content & Creative - Support the creation of engaging content across social media, website, email, campaigns and other marketing channels.
• Content & Creative - Create and adapt visual assets for digital and offline use.
• Content & Creative - Support social media content creation, including graphics, short-form video, photography and written copy.
• Content & Creative - Assist with filming and photography when required, including capturing content around the business, properties, events and campaigns.
• Content & Creative - Support basic video editing, asset preparation and creative production.
• Content & Creative - Help maintain consistency across brand assets, templates and marketing collateral.
• Content & Creative - Work with internal and external designers, videographers and creative partners where required.
• Writing & Communications - Write and edit clear, engaging and grammatically strong marketing copy.
• Writing & Communications - Support the development of emails, landing pages, social posts, campaign messaging, presentations and internal communications.
• Writing & Communications - Turn ideas and briefs into concise, polished written outputs.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong writing, proofreading and communication skills.
• A strong visual and design instinct.
• An understanding of good UI/UX and digital design principles.
• Confidence creating content for social media.
• Basic graphic design capability and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
• An interest in photography, videography and short-form video.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• The ability to manage several small projects simultaneously.
