Job Summary

Own the day to day marketing support across social, content, and events, with emphasis on consistent branding, audience insights, and campaign reporting.

  • Content and channels: develop engaging social, blog, and newsletter content and help plan campaigns.
  • Campaign execution: assist digital marketing plans and event promotions while tracking performance.
  • Collaboration and governance: ensure messaging alignment across teams and maintain project organization.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, websites, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support the planning and delivery of digital marketing campaigns that inspire, inform, and engage.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence by scheduling content, interacting with audiences, and tracking performance.
  • Research market trends, audience insights, and new opportunities to help shape future marketing activity.
  • Assist with the promotion and organisation of events, both online and in person.
  • Monitor campaign results and produce reports that help us continually improve.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organisation to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the marketing function, helping keep projects organised and running smoothly.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related subject (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally involving digital marketing and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • A creative mindset combined with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive approach and a genuine passion for marketing.
