Job Summary

Support planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, consistent reporting, and cohesive creative output across paid search, display, and social channels.

  • Campaign Operations: assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating campaigns and schedules.
  • Measurement & Reporting: gather evidence of activity and report performance to the Marketing Manager.
  • Creative Production: build visuals and assets using Canva to support campaigns and brand consistency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of marketing planners and campaign schedules.
  • Gather and maintain evidence of marketing activity to support campaign evaluation and reporting.
  • Create engaging visuals, social media posts, and campaign assets using Canva.
  • Support the management of Google Display Network and Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance monitoring.
  • Assist in the creation, scheduling, and optimisation of sponsored Facebook/Meta ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance across all digital platforms, reporting results and insights to the Marketing Manager.
  • Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and audience behaviour to support campaign planning.
  • Help coordinate marketing activities with internal teams and external partners.
  • Contribute ideas for creative campaigns to boost engagement, brand awareness, and customer leads.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Display Network).
  • Proficient in Canva with a creative flair for design and attention to brand consistency.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and campaign performance.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a marketing, advertising, or digital media role is required.
  • Job Type: Part-time
  • The successful candidate will be required to work from our office on the Sligo Road, Enniskillen.
  • Being able to attend Regional Marketing meetings within Northern Ireland is also a necessity.
