Job Summary

Own the end-to-end social media and content lifecycle for the business, from planning and publishing to engagement, analytics, and content creation across blogs, emails and campaigns.

Manage social channels, calendar timelines, and posting schedule.
Create and upload blogs, case studies, emails, and ad content; liaise with external partners.
Monitor performance, report results, and ensure consistent branding and tone across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and manage the monthly social media content calendar for sign-off by the 15th.
Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
Schedule and publish content, including weekend Instagram Stories.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages and enquiries.
Track social media performance and report on results.
Keep website content accurate, engaging and up to date.
Upload blogs, case studies and other content.
Support SEO through content creation and optimisation.
Liaise with the external website developer on updates and improvements.
Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns.

Requirements

We are looking for a creative, proactive and organised individual with a genuine interest in marketing and digital communications. You will be confident, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
