Responsibilities

• Introducing customers to products, services and campaign offers
• Representing recognised UK brands in a professional and engaging manner
• Supporting live promotions and face-to-face marketing activities
• Creating positive customer experiences and increasing brand awareness
• Generating customer interest and supporting acquisition targets
• Gathering customer feedback and sharing useful campaign insights
• Working with the team to achieve daily and weekly objectives
• Taking part in regular training, workshops and campaign preparation

Requirements

• You must be aged 18 or over
• You must be available for full-time, on-site and field-based work
• You must have unrestricted permission to work full-time in the UK
• You must be able to commute reliably to Watford

Preferred

• Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, promotions, events or customer service can be helpful, but it is not essential.
