Job Summary

Own the hands-on marketing support across multiple channels with a focus on campaigns, content, and events that lift brand awareness.

  • Coordinate campaigns, create content, and manage end-to-end events across social, email, web, and promo materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency and maintain up-to-date content across social, websites, and communications.
  • Track campaign and event performance and contribute to reporting for leadership decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • In this varied and hands-on role, you will support the delivery of marketing activities across a range of channels and raise brand awareness.
  • You will play a key part in coordinating campaigns, creating content, and organising events from start to finish.
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns
  • Creating and updating content for social media, email marketing, websites, and promotional materials
  • Assisting with the organisation and coordination of events. Managing the logistics, liaising with venues, suppliers, creating invitations, materials, and follow-up communications
  • Helping to maintain brand consistency across all marketing activity
  • Submission and management of award submissions
  • Monitoring campaign and event performance and assisting with reporting
  • Creates internal content such as our weekly Being Brethertons Newsletter
  • Liaising with external companies such as our website and telephony suppliers

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a marketing role, ideally as a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Executive, or similar.
  • You must bring a creative mindset and enthusiasm for generating new ideas with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • You will have a knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Experience in using marketing platforms such as MailChimp and Canva
  • Submission and management of award submissions
  • Understanding compliance and GDPR awareness of marketing activities
  • Organisational skills are also key as you will be managing multiple projects at once
  • You will be a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • This role works alongside the CEO and two Business Development Partners to coordinate marketing activity and contribute to the company’s growth
