Responsibilities

• Graphic Design for Internal and External Content
• Design and format high-impact marketing documents, project and capability sheets, company brochures and presentations
• Supporting the updating of marketing material for marketing and bid use
• Ensure all outward-facing materials adhere to the company’s brand guidelines.
• Design and delivery of exhibition materials.
• Liaise with external website agency for amendments and improvements and creation of content for general pages
• Update the company’s website with new project portfolio entries and news articles via WordPress
• Monitor website analytics and suggest improvements for SEO and user experience
• Coordinate with project leads to collect project images and information.
• Contributing to our Social Media platforms to promote our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketing role within professional services, construction, consultancy or engineering
• ACIM/ MCIM qualifications – Ideally working towards
• Relevant Marketing/Media or business-related qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Advanced experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign and/or Illustrator
• Experienced with website editing or content management systems (e.g. WordPress)
• Good copywriting and proofreading skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon for a broader audience
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Collaborative and able to work with technical teams
• Understanding of the importance of quality output and attention to detail
