Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and delivery of the company’s marketing plans and objectives.
• Assisting managing our social media channels, including planning, creating and scheduling content.
• Creating engaging written and visual content for use across our digital channels.
• Supporting our e-commerce activity, including managing content and online promotions.
• Managing and updating website content to ensure it remains accurate, relevant and engaging.
• Supporting our Google presence, including Google Business Profiles, Google Ads and other Google platforms.
• Assisting with digital marketing campaigns and measuring their performance.
• Supporting the delivery of marketing initiatives across different areas of the business.
• Maintaining accurate records and providing general marketing administration.

Requirements

• practical marketing experience
• experience in social media and digital marketing
• understanding of e-commerce and Google
• good administration
• organised, reliable and able to manage several pieces of work at once with a high level of attention to detail

• has good organisational and administrative skills
• is confident communicating with people across the business
