Own multi channel content creation and campaign support for a marketing agency, with hands on planning, production and posting across social, email and web while learning the tools and doing basic analytics.

Video editing and asset creation using Canva, CapCut and Adobe tools with basic performance checks.
Client liaison and cross functional collaboration to deliver campaigns and creative outputs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan, create and schedule content across social media, email and web channels.
Create social posts, graphics, short-form videos, presentations and other assets.
Edit video content for social media, client campaigns and promotions.
Write copy for social media, websites, emails, blogs and other channels.
Support marketing campaigns for the agency and clients.
Manage and update social media accounts.
Monitor engagement, campaign performance and basic marketing data.
Conduct market, customer and competitor research.
Assist SEO, PPC, email marketing and website activities as needed.
Liaise with clients and external suppliers when appropriate.
Support print-based marketing as required.
Use Canva, Adobe tools, CapCut or similar platforms to create marketing content.
Explore AI tools to boost productivity and idea generation.
Keep work organized and support the smooth day-to-day running of marketing projects.

Requirements

Right to live and work in the UK
Achieved GCSE English and maths at 4/C and above
Genuinely interested in starting a career in marketing
Creative, but also able to think logically and analytically
Interested in social media, content creation, video, design and digital marketing
Comfortable writing, editing and communicating ideas clearly
Organised and able to manage tasks with support
Keen to learn and willing to take feedback
Positive, proactive and reliable
Interested in how marketing helps businesses attract customers and grow
Confident using digital tools and open to learning new platforms
Interested in working with B2B clients across sectors such as engineering, energy and professional services

Nice to have

Experience with video editing, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, photography, social media management, websites, SEO, PPC or email marketing would be useful, but full training and support will be provided.
A driving licence would be beneficial due to the location and potential client-related activity, but this can be discussed during the recruitment process.

Benefits Compensation

Salary: £18,000–£20,000 per year
