Job Summary

Support and learn the basics of B2B marketing operations across materials, CMS, CRM and social, while helping the team coordinate campaigns and track simple metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Support creation of marketing materials: case studies, product datasheets, brochures and email campaigns.
  • Assist with website updates and basic content management (CMS).
  • Produce and schedule social media posts (LinkedIn, industry platforms) and monitor engagement.
  • Help prepare sales collateral, presentations and trade show materials.
  • Conduct competitor and market research; compile insight reports.
  • Support CRM maintenance: update records, log leads and assist with email campaigns.
  • Assist with photography of products and shop-floor for marketing use.
  • Track simple marketing metrics and prepare basic performance summaries.
  • Work with suppliers/agencies and internal teams to coordinate campaigns.

Requirements

  • Maths and English GCSE or Level 2 - Grade C/4 or above.
  • A-levels, BTEC or equivalent; or relevant school/college qualifications.
  • No prior marketing experience required—motivated candidates encouraged to apply.
  • Basic IT skills (MS Office); willingness to learn CMS, CRM and simple design tools (Canva/Photoshop).
  • Interest in B2B marketing and manufacturing.

Preferred

  • Formal apprenticeship with an approved training provider.
