Responsibilities

• Update and maintain website content and basic marketing materials
• Support social media posting and scheduling
• Assist with client correspondence, enquiries and diary management
• Help prepare simple marketing materials and client communications
• Provide general office administration and support to the team
• Maintain office records, supplies and filing systems

Requirements

• Some experience in an administrative, office or marketing-support role
• Comfortable using common office and social media tools
• Good written communication skills and attention to detail
• Well organised, able to manage several small tasks at once

Preferred

• Interest or coursework in marketing, communications or business
• Basic experience with design tools (e.g. Canva) or website content management systems
• Previous experience in a small office environment
