Job Summary

Own cross-channel marketing support and admin coordination to keep campaigns, events, and day-to-day operations moving in a hospitality-focused UK setup.

  • Marketing Support: Work on multichannel campaigns and optimize based on performance feedback.
  • Events & Promotions: Lead booking, coordination, and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and launches.
  • Administrative & HR Ops: Handle inquiries, scheduling, onboarding support, and office organization to enable marketing and events work.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Support: Contribute towards the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and provide feedback for optimization.
  • Develop marketing materials, including newsletters, presentations, and digital content.
  • Assist managing social media accounts and update content regularly to engage with the audience.
  • Maintain and update the company website with new content, promotions, and product information.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences.
  • Lead the booking, organisation and coordination of promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Administrative Support: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence for the team.
  • Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies, equipment, and general office organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in marketing or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • United Kingdom work authorisation (required).

Preferred

  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp), and design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
