Responsibilities

• Acting as a key point of contact for three to five client accounts, building strong working relationships
• Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Attending client meetings, contributing to discussions and presenting updates on activity and performance
• Supporting social media content across client accounts
• Supporting the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns
• Contributing to content strategies and helping to develop content calendars
• Producing client-facing reports and pulling together key performance data and insights
• Collaborating with the wider team on creative briefs, campaign ideas and project timelines
• Ensuring all activity is delivered on time and to the expected standard

Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience working in a marketing agency environment
• A solid understanding of core marketing principles across social media, email marketing and content strategy
• Confident communicator, comfortable in client-facing situations
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to get involved across all areas of delivery
• Team player who works well collaboratively and can support the Marketing Manager in driving activity forward
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly

Preferred

• Experience working across both B2B and B2C client accounts
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and reporting tools
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• An interest in or experience within the student property or accommodation sector
