Responsibilities

• Build and QA marketing assets (emails, forms, landing pages) in Marketo
• Support campaign workflows and monitor performance
• Analyse campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions)
• Recommend improvements through testing (e.g. A/B testing)
• Troubleshoot issues (deliverability, engagement drops, tracking errors)
• Continuously improve processes and suggest smarter ways of working
• Collaborate with teams across the business to keep campaigns on track
• Design Content—Support creative briefs and adapt content
• Make basic edits in Adobe tools
• Manage digital assets in Adobe Experience Manager
• Learn Marketo Engage (enterprise marketing automation platform)
• Build and deploy campaigns and landing pages
• Use tokens and simple scripting for personalised marketing
• Pull and interpret reports (GA4, Power BI, Marketo)
• Build dashboards and share insights
• Provide recommendations to improve performance
• Support planning and scheduling of campaigns
• Help measure campaign success
• Ensure consistent messaging across channels
• Use tools such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Aprimo, Asana, and Confluence
