Job Summary

Own short-form social content for UK locations, turning on-site shoots into platform-ready assets while shaping the creative through cross-team collaboration.

Content Creation & Platform Adaptation: produce on-brand video and static content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn across UK destinations and adapt formats for each platform.
Trend Response & Creative Input: rapidly translate trends and live moments into brand-safe content and pitch fresh concepts.
Performance & Reporting: monitor reach and engagement metrics, apply learnings, and support client reporting with insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Creating engaging, on-brand social content that showcases our destinations
Shooting and editing short-form video and stills for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
Adapting content to suit different platforms, formats and best practices
Visiting UK-based destinations to capture content, working with on-site teams and retailers
Collaborating with social, events, creative and client services teams
Responding to trends, events and live moments in a timely and brand-appropriate way
Contributing creative ideas in brainstorm sessions and pitching new concepts
Reviewing basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, views) and applying learnings
Supporting client reporting with content performance insights
Managing multiple briefs and deadlines with excellent attention to detail

Requirements

Strong interest in social media and short-form video
Experience using TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook
Excellent attention to detail and organisation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure

Preferred

A degree in a marketing-related subject or relevant industry experience
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop
Experience filming short-form video content
Familiarity with Wordpress or other CMS platforms
Confident Apple / Mac user
