Job Description

Junior E-Commerce Account Administrator

Location: Southampton, office based

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm, 40 hours per week

Salary: £28,700 per annum

Purpose of the job

Join the existing e-commerce Administration team and be part of a support team that takes care of all the Administration Tasks that relate to the Amazon account for the EU10 countries, as well as the new sites that will potentially open in next years.

Key duties & Responsibilities;

  • Create backups and raise credits
  • Organise, pursue and raise claims held against Amazon through to completion via AmazonĀ“s portal system (Vendor Central)
  • Review and filing of Amazon agreements
  • Preparing files and organising in shared drive (agreements overview, credits over certain value, overview etc).
  • Raise disputes in AmazonĀ“s portal system (Vendor Central) for all returns that have been reported
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to serve Sales and Finance departments
  • Good excel and data analyst skills
  • Keen problem solver
  • Ability to identify patterns to see opportunities for improvement or need for escalation
  • Ad hoc support for Internal and External meetings

Education & Experience;

  • Good organization skills
  • Previous administration position in a busy environment
  • Process driven; problem solver
  • Ability to work Independently and to liaise with multiple departments at multiple levels of management;
