Own and execute a 12 month webinar and content calendar, coordinating presenters, creating materials, hosting live sessions, and turning webinars into gated resources, blogs, and social content while driving audience engagement and lead generation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Research & Planning
  • Research compliance news, regulatory changes, and trending topics through customer feedback, sales input, industry research, and our compliance experts.
  • Own our 12-month webinar and content calendar.
  • Coordinate presenters and manage the webinar schedule.
  • Create webinar slides, scripts, and supporting materials with our compliance experts.
  • Host and moderate live webinars, including Q&A.
  • Set up webinar events in Microsoft Teams, Riverside, or Livestorm.
  • Write webinar landing pages and event descriptions.
  • Build webinar email and SMS reminder sequences in Klaviyo.
  • Run presenter rehearsals before each webinar.

Requirements

  • SOFT SKILLS: HIGHLY ORGANISED: You always take notes, keep clear to-do lists, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • CONFIDENT PRESENTER: You're comfortable hosting webinars and speaking in front of a live audience.
  • TECH-SAVVY: You're quick to pick up any new tools and are using AI when helpful.
  • CREATIVE SPARK: Your creative energy allows you to consistently come up with engaging content.
  • HARD SKILLS: VIDEO EDITING: You're proficient in CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro .
  • HARD SKILLS: VISUAL DESIGN: You can create polished, on-brand visuals (graphics, thumbnails, etc.) for social media & webinars using Canva .
  • HARD SKILLS: STRONG COPYWRITING: Your writing is engaging, natural, and clear.
