Job Summary

Own multi-channel campaigns end to end and turn organisational goals into measurable demand, with a heavy focus on lead generation and conversion through optimized funnels and testing.

  • Plan and execute paid and digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta to hit lead and conversion targets.
  • Write and test performance-focused ad copy and landing pages to strengthen the funnel and drive experimentation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and manage multi-channel performance campaigns across paid and digital channels (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)
  • Develop and optimise campaign funnels, including retargeting, landing pages, and nurture activity
  • Write and adapt performance-focused copy, including ads, headlines, and calls to action
  • Monitor and improve campaign performance to increase lead generation, conversion, and engagement
  • Plan and deliver campaigns aligned to organisational priorities
  • Write and adapt performance-focused copy, including ads, headlines, landing pages, and calls to action
  • Develop and test multiple variations to support A/B testing and optimisation
  • Monitor and improve conversion performance and user journeys
  • Work with the Marketing Manager and team to shape targeting, messaging, and campaign approach.
  • Support the development of campaign creative assets, including photography, video, and design materials, working collaboratively with the wider team and external suppliers where required.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta or similar)
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive copy tailored to digital channels and conversion objectives
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels, and campaign optimisation
  • Ability to plan, manage, and optimise multi-channel campaigns to deliver measurable results
  • Experience tracking and interpreting key performance metrics (e.g. leads, conversion rates, CTR)
  • Ability to use data and insight to improve campaign performance and decision-making
  • Experience working with landing pages and improving conversion and user journeys
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and translate objectives into effective campaigns
  • Good written communication skills and ability to contribute to campaign messaging and calls to action

Preferred

  • Experience using paid media platforms (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager)
  • Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics or similar)
  • Experience supporting A/B testing and campaign experimentation
  • Understanding of CRM systems and lead nurture journeys
  • Experience working with email marketing and automation platforms (e.g. DotDigital or similar)
  • Basic understanding of content marketing and campaign performance
  • Experience in a B2B, membership, or not-for-profit environment
  • Experience supporting campaigns for events, training, or commercial services
